What is Roasted Chana? Dry roasted Chana, roasted Gram, bhuna chana or roasted black grams (chickpeas) is one of the most famous snack in India. Chickpeas, also called chana in Hindi, are dry roasted with skin on a low flame till they are crisp. Low flame allows the chickpeas to maintain their crispness and enhances their flavor.
